Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 5 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 5 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:preferences: 100% postpaid.
Deferred payment 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:1.1. The goods delivered must comply with applicable fire and health safety standards and regulations in accordance with the product nomenclature for which the legislation The Russian Federation has mandatory certification. The quality of the goods delivered must comply with applicable regulations.
1.2. The proposed product models must be in mass production and manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001 international standard.
1.3. Products manufactured by foreign manufacturers must be certified and have all necessary permitting documents in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Russian Federation.
1.4. The Supplier guarantees the quality and conformity of the Goods delivered to the conditions and standards during its transport and storage, as well as the replacement of the defective Goods with the right quality.
1.5. Documents (quality certificates and certificates) confirming the quality of the goods are provided at the time of delivery.
