Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

It is possible to submit alternative proposals for several equivalent models.


The choice will be made by the Customer between items 1,2 and 3.

There is no full address program yet, delivery throughout Russia is possible. The address program so far indicates the addresses of the 1st wave of discoveries.

The ability to change the volume by plus /minus 30% according to the terms of the specification.

Fixing the price without reference to volume


Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment) and to work through the EDI (instructions attached).
IMPORTANT: attach to the documentation a scan of the signed contract from the Bidder.

The cost of the equipment should take into account the cost of delivery, installation, consumables for installation, NDT, service

E-Signature is not required
The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated Bidders.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
