The auction will be held in two stages: qualification and final.
According to the results of the qualification stage (verification of documentation and work experience), the final stage of bidding between participants meeting the requirements of the TOR will be organized.

Please note that if the full package of documents is not provided, the participant's application is not considered. All documents must be attached when submitting the application.

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time/fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance payment/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, willingness to work under our standard contract, willingness to incur penalties of at least 0.1%, willingness to work through EDO.
