4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract WITHOUT making changes:
In case of refusal to sign a standard contract of Rusagro-Primorye LLC, the template of the contract of the winning counterparty will be used, BUT with adjustments of Rusagro-Primorye LLC.
It is also necessary to fill out a consent for the processing of personal data (attached to the auction).
If there is no complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
