Comments:
1. Payment terms (30 calendar days postponement of payment is recommended).
2. Readiness to start fulfilling obligations from the moment of receipt of a letter of guarantee for payment on the terms specified in the Technical and Commercial Proposal.
3. The term of performance of works from the moment of occurrence of obligations.
4. Before starting work, it is necessary to provide:
a) copies of orders for hiring experts (with a note on familiarization with the order), certified by the head of the organization;
b) details of qualification certificates of experts.
5. In case of need of advance payment in the amount of 5,000,000 rubles or more, willingness to provide a guarantee in one of the banks included in the Top 15 of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
