Comments:
I ask you to provide the TCP containing all the essential conditions necessary for the transaction, namely:
1. Payment terms (it is recommended to postpone payment for 30 calendar days).
2. Confirm the readiness to perform the work at the address: Krasnodar Territory, Temryuksky district, Volna village, Lenin St., 9.
3. Readiness to start performing the work from the moment of receipt of the letter of guarantee for payment on the terms specified in the TAP.
4. The delivery time of the goods and materials is tied:
- to be paid (in case of advance payment);
- to receive the signed contract and specification (in case of deferred payment);
- to receive a letter of guarantee (if you agree to start fulfilling obligations under the letter of guarantee).
5. Willingness to sign a contract in the form of PJSC TOAZ.
6. If necessary, advance payments in the amount of 5,000,000 rubles or more, willingness to provide a guarantee in one of the banks in the Top 15 of the Russian Federation.
7. Confirm the understanding of the TOR and the ability to perform work according to the TOR. The wording should be: "The contractor is aware of the requirements, scope and technical difficulties of the work, and guarantees their fulfillment"
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
