- Invoices issued in accordance with the requirements stipulated by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- Billed by the Vendor.

Настоящее приглашение не является офертой и ни при каких обстоятельствах не может быть квалифицировано как приглашение принять участие в торгах, порядок которых регулируется ст. ст. 447-449 ГК РФ. Банк сохраняет за собой право в любое время отказаться от заключения договора.
