2. The application is submitted in two stages:
1. At the preliminary stage, applications containing the technical part (Applications) are filled in №1, 2, 3, 4, 5) certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression.
2. At the main stage, the commercial part is filled in (the Commercial offer and the List of resources) certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression.
In the technical part, it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents are presented in the technical part of the TAP without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected. Also, it is necessary to consider the standard form of the contract and in case of disagreement with the proposed form of the contract, when submitting an application, it is necessary to provide a protocol of disagreements.
3. METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru) of SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems. If false information is provided, the potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest cost.
