Readiness to start fulfilling obligations from the moment of receipt of a letter of guarantee for payment on the terms specified in the Technical and Commercial Proposal. 3. The deadline for completing the work is linked: - for payment (in case of advance payment); - to receive the signed contract and specification (in case of deferred payment); - to receive a letter of guarantee (if you agree to the start of fulfilling your obligations under the letter of guarantee). 4. In case of need of advance payment in the amount of 5,000,000 rubles or more, willingness to provide a guarantee in one of the banks included in the Top 15 of the Russian Federation.
