The main winner to approve the amount of not more than 50% of the declared. 2. The remaining amount is distributed among other companies at a minimum cost, but not more than 50% of the balance. The decision on the choice of the Winner for the 2nd and 3rd lots is made based on the criterion - the minimum value of the lot. Buyer's option availability: Buyer 's option +/- 30% of the total amount awarded to the Bidder in quantitative terms. The option means the Buyer's right to reduce (-) or increase (+) the quantity of the delivered Goods within the agreed quantity without changing the remaining agreed terms, including without changing the prices agreed in the Appendix.
