Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
It is preferable to pay 100% on the fact of services rendered with a deferred payment of 60 calendar days (ready to consider the contractor's offer). Advance payment is possible only on the terms of issuing a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment.

If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
