Stage III. Collection, transfer, loading, transportation, disposal of pesticide waste and agrochemicals.

Comments: 1. This request for a commercial offer is submitted in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the tender) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public competition and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

3. The Offer shall comply fully with the requirements/criteria set out in the Technical Specification.
4. Without providing all documents specified in the Request (or if they are inadmissible), the organization will not be allowed to tender.
