Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The Customer shall pay for the Services within 35 (Thirty five) business days from the date of submission of the document from the copyright holder confirming the acquisition of the rights to the implementation of the technical support of the software product, and the signed Certificate of Acceptance of Services rendered (hereinafter - the Act).
Delivery terms:In accordance with the terms of reference (appendix No. 3 to the procurement documentation), procurement documentation, annexes to the procurement documentation.
