In the enclosed proposal on the letterhead of your company, please provide the following information:
1. The name of the proposed equipment.
2. Name of the manufacturer, country, city.
3. Price without VAT, taking into account the basis of delivery DDP customer's warehouse.
4. Warranty obligations – the maximum possible period in months.
5. The offer is valid for 30-45 days.
6. Delivery time in calendar days (minimum possible).
7. Payment terms – 100% priority upon delivery within 97 calendar days, taking into account a single payment day. If necessary, use the factoring scheme. You can familiarize yourself with the proposed options on our Company's website, or offer your own option.
8. In case of confirmation of manufacture in full compliance with the customer's drawing, we ask you to reflect this in the Technical and Commercial Proposal indicating the materials of manufacture.
9. In case of manufacturing according to the supplier's drawing, please attach the drawing together with the proposal for technical coordination with the customer.
The decision on the choice of a supplier will be made based on the technical conclusion of the customer, the conclusion of the security service (passing accreditation for the E-Marketplace) and the conditions for commercial offers.
