This request for proposals is open for selecting the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. Please send the final commercial offer with the maximum possible discount. Conducting this request for proposals does not mean that the choice will be made in favor of the winner. The choice of the source of supply will be made on the basis of the decision of the procurement commission of LLC UK METALLOINVEST.
To participate in this request for proposals, it is mandatory to attach a scanned commercial offer on letterhead signed by the head with conditions strictly corresponding to the proposal submitted to the b2b-center, indicating the pricing formula according to which the price was calculated. If the price for b2b-center differs from the price calculated according to the formula in the letter, the offer may be considered invalid.
THE REQUIRED PRICE FORMAT: a fixed value in USD per ton of pure vanadium (V-100%), calculated as $33.20 x 1000 minus the maximum possible discount, where
$ 33.20 - the average value of quotations (rounded to the second decimal place) MetallBulletin Ferro-vanadium basis 78% min, free delivered duty paid, consumer plant,1st grade Western Europe, $ per kg V for the estimated quotation period (from 26.04 to 25.05.2023). The actual price will be calculated monthly according to the actual quotation period, lasting from the 26th day preceding the month of SHIPMENT to the 25th day preceding the month of SHIPMENT (shipment from the shipper's warehouse).
The quantity of products indicated in the purchase item is indicative, and may differ from the confirmed purchase. Also, the quantity confirmed for purchase cannot exceed the size of experimental/pilot-industrial batches for suppliers who do not have the status of industrial.
