Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The shelf life of drugs supplied to ABH Miratorg must be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory period) at the time of delivery to the ABH Miratorg warehouse.
The following documents in Russian must be attached to the application in the tender:
- instruction
- quality certificate
- Declaration of conformity for a veterinary drug
- Passport for a batch of veterinary medicinal products to be supplied under this tender.
- Confirmation of registration of the drug in Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan.
No commercial offers, price tables, minutes, statutory documents, catalogs, advertising brochures, etc. bidders do not need to attach to the tender documents. They will not be considered.
