Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: In this tender, the Miratorg APH will take into account participants' prices without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.
The price recorded from the tender is unchanged for the period 01.10.21 — 31.03.22. The price must be provided in RF Rubles without VAT, without a peg to currency exchange rates.
Participants cannot refuse to supply the items for which they have been given bids as part of the tender or increase the price once the offer is submitted. If delivery is refused or an attempt to raise the price, participants will be blacklisted by companies, the cooperation will be terminated. Information is passed to Miratorg security.

The shelf life of the drugs supplied to Miratorg APH shall be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory life) at the time of delivery to the APH Miratorg warehouse.
You must attach the following documents in Russian to the tender application:

- quality certificate
- Declaration of Compliance for Veterinary Drug
- Passport for a series of veterinary product to be delivered as part of this tender.
- Confirmation of the drug registration in Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan.
