in this tender the "miatorg" will take into account the prices of the participants without VAT! But deliveries will be with the actual VAT.

Participants may not refuse to supply positions for which they have been given bids in the tender or to raise the price after the submission of the offer. In case of refusal of delivery or attempt to increase the price the participants will be included in the "blacklist" of companies.

The shelf life of the drugs supplied for the "miatorg" should be not less than 75% of the total term (factory term) of the shelf life at the time of delivery to the warehouse of the APKH miatorg.

The following documents must be applied to the tender in Russian language:
- Instruction
- Quality Certificate
- Declaration of conformity on Veterinary medicine
- Passport for a series of veterinary preparation, which will be delivered within the framework of this tender.
- Confirmation of drug registration in Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan.

No commercial offers, tables with prices, protocols, statutory documents, catalogues, advertising booklets, etc. to the tender documentation participants do not need to apply. They will not be considered.

We ask all analogues to specify in the field "description of analogue". When the first round of trades is completed, editing and entering information in the "Analogue description" fields is prohibited. At the stage of the regrind is allowed only to reduce the price. All participants who violate this requirement will be excluded from the tender. Their applications will not be considered.
