Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:Provide two possible payment options:
1. One-time purchase
2. Payment by installments for 36 months (monthly annuity payments).

For both payment options, it is true:
Payments start from the month following the month on which the date of acceptance of the Property falls.
Payment for the actually rendered services is made by non-cash transfer by the Customer of funds to the Supplier's account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment and the invoice. The invoice for payment must be provided by the Supplier within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of signing by the customer of the certificate of services rendered (work performed).
