1. The required conditions for the quality of the goods – in accordance with the drawings of the original manufacturer;
2. Consideration of analogues - analogues with characteristics no worse than those declared are considered. In the case of an analogue proposal, the number of the product drawing, the brand of the material is indicated and a drawing is attached to the competition for the approval procedure;
3. Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the Buyer;
4.Formation of the price of the goods - the cost of packaging and transport costs are included in the price of the goods;
5. Acceptance of products to the warehouse – acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the entrance control at the buyer's warehouse.

Agreement with the terms of the standard contract form attached to this request will be considered by Udokan Copper LLC as a competitive advantage.
If there are objections to the terms of the standard form of the contract, it is necessary to fill out the form of the protocol of disagreements.
In case of sending a protocol of disagreement to LLC Udokan Copper, LLC Udokan Copper reserves the right not to allow participation in the competitive procedure and not to consider the sent offer."

We also propose to conclude a negotiation agreement or join the general terms and conditions on the procedure for negotiating a contract, posted on the website of Udokan Copper LLC on the Internet at https://udokancopper.ru/suppliers/contractual_terms /, by sending to the address of Udokan Copper LLC a notification of accession to the general conditions on the procedure for conducting negotiations on conclusion of the contract.

In the sent offer, it is mandatory to indicate agreement/disagreement with the Supplier's responsibility for violation of delivery dates:
1. penalty of 0.1% of the cost of the specification for each day of delay for the first 10 days of violation of delivery dates;
2. from the 11th day of delay, the penalty for late delivery will be 1% per day;
3. The total liability of the Supplier for the violation of delivery dates may not exceed 20% of the Contractual Value.
