Comments: The winner of the competition will be selected as a supplier of Goods in the period 1-2 quarter 2023.
The price and conditions proposed in the competition must be maintained until 31.05.2023.
The quantity of goods and materials specified in the tender is the average quarterly supply volume formed on the basis of data on deliveries in previous periods with an option up to the amount confirmed by the consumer's requests.
The specified demand for goods and materials will be formed by customers within 1-2 q. 2023 on the basis of letters of assignment and registration of relevant specifications to supply contracts.
During the procedure, the participants' price offers are assigned a color indicator:
- Yellow if the offer is the best or differs by no more than 3% from the best price;
- Red if the offer differs by more than 3% from the best price.
1. Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, quality passport;
2. Consideration of analogues - Analogues with characteristics no worse than those declared are considered. In the case of an analogue offer, the product name is indicated in accordance with the specification, GOST, TU, drawing with standard sizes;
3. It is mandatory to indicate the manufacturer of the products offered and confirm the availability of a certificate of conformity (provide certificates/passports confirming the quality of products when delivering products);
4. The validity period of the TAP is until 05/31/2023;
5. Acceptance of products to the warehouse - Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the entrance control at the buyer's warehouse;

1. Offers from companies that have not fulfilled the listed requirements will not be considered.
Companies that refused to conclude a contract for goods and materials, for which their offer in the tender was recognized as the best, may be included in the list of unacceptable suppliers for a period of at least 1 year from the date of the announcement of the impossibility to conclude a contract on the terms proposed in the tender.
