Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Form of payment – pay-off within 10 (ten) business days after delivery of the consignment. Provide a contract for supply and service and collection services
The Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 11 calendar months.
Delivery terms:the Order of delivery according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.
The Winner of the tender is obliged not more than 14 calendar days to provide for testing to the Buyer, a valid sample terminal, fully compliant with the technical specifications.
