, we ask you to send the following completed documents to the address by September 25, 2023:
1. Statutory documents of the organization.
2. Preliminary commercial offer (according to the attached form and signed scan in PDF format)
3. Product Certificates
The supplier must have a valid certificate of conformity for the Product, which is the subject of qualification selection, be the manufacturer of the Product or the sales structure of the manufacturer of the Product.
The delivered Goods should not be counterfeit. The delivered Goods must be new (not used, in repair, including which has not been restored, which has not been replaced, consumer properties have not been restored), unless otherwise provided by the terms of reference of the documentation.
The supplier must independently register the specialized ZPU intended for sealing tanks in the regional department of accounting and control of the turnover of the ZPU CM (hereinafter – ROK CM). Confirm the fact of registration with the Register generated in the ASM PO.
The price for one unit of Goods must be indicated in rubles without VAT, taking into account all necessary shipping costs. The price of specialized PO must include the cost of registering the PO in the ROC CM.
Payment for the Goods is made in the amount of 100% of the cost of the delivered Goods in accordance with the Specification to the Contract within 10 (ten) banking days from the Date of delivery of the Goods to the consignees' warehouses, subject to the provision of original settlement documents (invoice, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD, act of acceptance and transfer) and passports for the Goods.

1. South Ural railway (462428, Orenburg region, Orsk, along the railway Orsk Orenburg 200 m north of the electric.st. Factory) - 12 000 pcs.
2. West Siberian Railway (644035, Omsk region, Omsk, Gubkina Ave., 20) - 500 pcs.
3. Sverdlovsk railway (614055, Perm Krai, Perm, Promyshlennaya str., 153) - 200 pcs.

Venue of bidding:
