Payment terms:A deferred payment of at least 30 calendar days from the date of delivery is preferable.

Comments:
1) Required conditions for the assembly and quality of the goods - in accordance with the drawings;
2) Requirements for delivery times according to the schedule: clause 1-June 2021; pp. 2-10 - April, 2021;
3) Requirements for the provision of documents - certificate of conformity, quality certificate;
4) Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer;
5) The formation of the price of the goods is indicated in Russian rubles per item, excluding VAT.
6) The TCH is valid for at least 30 days;
7) Warranty obligations - at least 12 months.
8) if there is no valid agreement between our organizations, please read the standard edition and give your opinion.
9) Mandatory fulfillment of the delivery schedule (see clause 2) - a one-time delivery is allowed upon request within a quarter with a delivery time to LGOK no later than 10 days before the date of the 1st application in the quarter.
