Payment terms:
The buyer makes payment by money transfer to the bank account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. Transport costs shall be included in cost of goods.
Delivery terms:
Delivery Time - Q2 of 2016. Supplier delivers products at its own expense and using its own resources to the buyer's warehouse. Quality certificates or other documents certifying the quality of products shall be provided when entering the warehouse. The supplied products must be new, not repaired. When the products are shipped the mandatory notification of the Buyer with the copies of: tax invoices, TORG-12 delivery notice and the documents confirming the shipment of goods via the carrier, shall be provided.

Comments: The compulsory condition for participation in the RFP and conclusion of supply agreement - the company shall be a manufacturer, or have dealerships with manufacturers, suppliers need to confirm the status immediately after the end of request with provision in electronic form of relevant documents. Submitted proposal must be valid for 2 months. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
