Comments:
1. This competitive procedure, upon prior selection of the supplier, is directed in accordance with the tender regulations of the tender organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (as well as the procedure itself Preliminary selection of the supplier) is not an offer, auction or competition and its holding is not regulated by art. 447-449 hours 1 and 1057-1061, 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organizer the corresponding volume of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without Reasons without incurring any liability to the participants.
2. The tender Organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of the reasons between several potential suppliers-participants of the competitive procedure .
3. The model contract is sent to the signature of the winner (s) defined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure at the B2B-center electronic trading platform.

Organization/documentation that does not conform to the requirements specified in the notice and forms, the organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the applicant, not conforming to the requirements of this Competitive procedure.

For each request of the offer the replacement, to the order or return of a part of the goods with a deviation in the amount not more than 10% from the initial quantity specified in the request (with changes in the specification to the contract) are allowed.
