2) company card (questionnaire);
3) a certified package of documents according to the list (attached in the documentation) - in the absence of a valid contract. Certification procedure: seal, copy is correct, signature, transcript of signature, date

Conclusion of the contract according to the buyer's form (attached in the documentation)
