Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
- advance payment in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the cost of each products consignment shall be paid within 15 (fifteen) banking days, but not later than 10 (ten) banking days before the date of each consignment delivery, upon Buyer's receipt of the Supplier's invoice; - 30% (thirty percent) of the cost of each products consignment – within 22 (twenty two) banking days from the date (time) of receipt of the whole amount of each consignment
Delivery terms:
The supplied products shall be delivered by two consignments: 1 - by 01.03.2017, 2 - by 30.04.2017. Delivery to 629420, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Priuralskiy rayon, pos. Kharp, industcrial area, "Kharp-12" CHP. Products packaging shall meet the transportation conditions applied to the respective products type.
