These tenders are held in many stages, as a result of which the winner will be determined by the supplier.
After the completion of the 1st stage - "Selection of the best proposal" means admission to the next stage, the suppliers of proposals which meet the technical requirements of the customer are invited.
1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier who offered the lowest price and 100% deferred payment;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency excluding VAT;
3. Required delivery times - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery times;
4. Requirements for the form of the contract - as agreed;
5. Requirements for the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Gubkin at the expense of the seller
(DDP according to Incoterms 2010).
