2. Service availability.
3. Proven experience in supplying w/h to iron ore enterprises (availability of references, certificates of successful tests).
The purpose of the tender is to receive bids with the lowest possible final cost and the minimum delivery time. The decision to choose the winner is made based on the results of comparing the terms of commercial offers, taking into account the customer's technical opinion and possible recommendations of the Security Department regarding participants, as well as the supplier's OTIF.
The winner is obliged to make deliveries w/h under the conditions provided during this tender.
