Payment terms:
The buyer shall pay by transferring money to the account of the Supplier at the rate of CB of RF on the day of payment in the following order: 100% within 60 days after delivery of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. Transportation costs shall be included in the cost of products. Preference is given to suppliers who offer - 100% payment delay on the delivery of products to the destination station within 60 days. In case of advance payment the Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the advance payment issued by the bank, included in the top fifty largest banks in Russia or international banks with a rating no lower than BB+/Baa2.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: Q4, 2016. Supplier delivers the goods at his expense and using his own resources on DDP terms (Incoterms). Mandatory requirement: quality certificates or other document certifying the quality of the goods when entering the warehouse shall be provided. The supplied goods must be new, not reconditioned. The supplied goods shall be new, not restored. When the goods are shipped mandatory notification of the Buyer is required and copies of: invoices, TORG-12 delivery notices and documents confirming the shipment of goods by the Carrier, shall be provided.
