Indispensable requirement for participation in request for proposals and entering into supply agreement is the status of manufacturer or dealership with the manufacturing plants, confirmation of the status of supplier is required right after termination of the request procedure and the corresponding documents shall be submitted in electronic form. The submitted offer shall be valid for 2 months. 1. The companies suupplying the requested spare parts shall be certified with the Russian aviation authorities. 2. All original spare parts shall be supplied along with the product certificates (complex, critical spare parts, for example: main rotor blade, drive shafts, etc.), or the certificates of conformity (industrial rubber goods, filters, etc.). The manufacturer, the production date, the assigned lifetime and the intermaintenance periods, as well as other details, shall be specified in the documents.
