Payment terms:The Buyer pays by transferring money to the Supplier’s account in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the entire consignment of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is 30 calendar days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Products from manufacturers' factories, representatives of the manufacturer, official dealers and distributors are accepted for delivery. The presence of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon receipt at the warehouse is required. The delivered goods must be new and not restored. Upon shipment of the goods, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the Model Law of the UK
