Payment terms:Payment in fact. Payment in fact. The price of goods is charged per unit of production taking into account delivery, including VAT 18%. Payment is made by the buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. In case of no coincidence with our requirements on terms of payment, it is necessary to specify your conditions in comments

To participate in the procurement procedure necessarily reinforcement of the commercial offer, with signature and seal on the letterhead of the organization.
The KP should specify the following:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Vendor status-Manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse.
3. Price per unit (lot) of goods with VAT.
4. Delivery time (in calendar days)
5. Payment terms
6. Experience with Rusagro-years, on the market-years
7. Guarantees of shelf life of goods

To the commercial offer it is necessary to attach the constituent documents (Certified tin, OGRN, Charter, Egrul, financial and accounting reports for the last 2 calendar years, the order on appointment of the manager), certificates of quality on products, Specification (composition of the goods).

The model contract is supported in the documentation on trading.

The proposals stated in this procedure will not be considered without a commercial proposal supported by the lots.
