Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays 100% of the cost of the Goods to the Supplier within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse after the Parties sign the consignment note (competitive bidding process-12) and the Supplier provides the Buyer with shipping documents, namely: invoice, invoice, consignment note, issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Russian Federation, operating instructions in Russian, as well as documents on the quality of the Goods, properly executed.
