When placing an application for participation in the procurement procedure, we ask you to attach a technical and commercial proposal on the letterhead (with the application of the estimated specification in Excel format) containing: the date and validity period of the offer, the price and cost with VAT, the terms and time of delivery and payment, a description of analogues, warranty obligations.
Criteria for choosing the best offer: cost, payment terms, due date, contract according to the buyer's form, work experience.
The cost of delivery should be calculated on average for all enterprises of UralMetCom Group (the base cities of Stary Oskol, Belgorod, Kursk, Moscow).
It is allowed to submit alternative TKP containing terms of delivery or payment, analogues, and other parameters that differ from the main tkp.
All questions and requests for clarifications on the application must be placed in the "Clarifications" section of the ETP.
