Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

You have the opportunity to submit offers in various currencies.
By lot No. 1, applications are accepted only in rubles.
By lot No. 2 of the application for app. parts are accepted in in. currency, for delivery - in rubles.
Delivery offers are accepted only in RUBLES.
Mandatory conditions for participants:
1. Readiness for fixing prices until 08/01/2020
2. Willingness to save price, in case of division / reduction of volume
3. Payment Terms - deferral of 60 cal.days
4. Warranty - according to the model contract, unless otherwise specified in the statement of work.
5. Consent is required to sign the standard contract form (in the attachment).
6. The supplier guarantees the availability of the first shipment after 30 days as part of the forecast of the confirmed quarterly volume. Delivery to ATP no more than 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of distribution.
7. Delivery of spare parts is carried out by the Supplier at the expense of the Buyer at the ATP address specified in the Buyer's order (the list of addresses is listed in Appendix No. 2.2)
The buyer, if necessary (changing the need for volumes), has the right to unilaterally reduce / increase (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the number of Equipment by 30% (both upward and downward) from the parties agreeing in the specification or order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 calendar days before the upcoming delivery.
In this case, the conditions for price and deferred payment remain unchanged according to the specification.
The buyer is ready to consider the possibility of a single sample of the monthly volume by additional agreement of the parties.

EDS is not required
A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or competition, does not fall under the scope of Article.Article. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the occurrence of legal obligations of the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
