Payment terms:
the buyer makes the payment by money transfer to the account of the provider in the following order: 100% within 60 days after receipt of the products at the buyer's warehouse. Shipping costs are included in the cost of production. In case of advance payment the supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee in an amount not less than the amount of the prepayment, issued by the Bank within the rating of the 50 largest Russian banks or international banks rated below BB +/Vaa2 preferred suppliers offering postpay.
Delivery terms:
delivery time: 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract the supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the warehouse of the buyer. Availability of quality passports or other document certifying the quality of the goods in the warehouse. The delivered merchandise must be new, not remanufactured.
