1. Prices are per tonne of products excluding VAT
2. Mandatory attachment of technical specifications indicating the chemical and fractional composition.
The proposal will not be considered without providing these documents.
3. Mandatory provision of quality certificates for each delivery batch.
4. In the case of the first delivery of dolomite to OOO Mechel-Materials

For Participants who pre-registered in the System, but did not receive an EDS and did not pay for participation in the System, it is possible to upload proposals by the organizer of the request. Email address for sending documents - tender_mm@mechel.ru. Acceptance of proposals to the email address ends 4 hours before the end of the procedure.

Mandatory requirement: attaching the offer and documentation to the auction in accordance with the attached procurement documentation.

The offered products and the list of services must comply with the attached terms of reference.
