Comments:
Proposals are considered only from manufacturers, trading houses, official representatives.
Compulsory loading of the quotation on letterhead with price. If these documents are not loaded, the Buyer has the right not to consider the candidate. Proposals/invoices can be sent to akapustin@uralkuz.ru after the trading procedure has been completed.
The draft Treaty is presented in Annex No. 3 to the Documentation. The Participant in the Request for Proposals is obliged to agree to the terms and drafting of the draft Contract, or agree to the terms and drafting of the draft Contract and send as part of Applications minutes of disagreement to the draft Treaty. It is possible for a Party to the Protocol to submit a disagreement to the draft Agreement Annex No. 3 to the Documentation, on all points except 2.2., 4.8, 5.2 The Customer has the right to express its disagreement as presented by the Protocol of Disagreement.
All products must be delivered in accordance with a quality certificate.
The Buyer has the right to refuse all offers received without liability.
In the event of an event that restricts competitive procedures or discredits the Participant by the Organizer, the Procurement Participant may contact the Security Service representatives.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
