Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

It guarantees the readiness of the first shipment after 30 days as part of the forecast of the confirmed quarterly volume. Delivery to ATP no more than 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of distribution
Delivery of spare parts is carried out by the Supplier at the expense of the Buyer at the ATP address specified in the Buyer's order (the list of addresses is listed in Appendix No. 2.2)
The presence of an information label on each box or the spare part itself, if the spare part does not have factory packaging indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the spare part, the catalog number of the spare part, the name of the manufacturer of the spare part
Willingness to accept and process applications from the Customer for the supply of spare parts on a weekly basis
The ability to buffer in your warehouse the necessary volume of spare parts to ensure the quarterly needs of the customer
"The buyer, if necessary (changing the need for volumes), has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the number of Equipment by 30% (both upward and downward) from the parties agreeing in the specification or order by notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 calendar days before the upcoming delivery.
At the same time, the conditions for price and deferred payment remain unchanged according to the specification.
The buyer is ready to consider the possibility of a single sample of the monthly volume by additional agreement of the parties

Free participation
EDS is not required

A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of filing.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing from the competition all affiliated participants.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or tender, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
