1) This procedure is not an auction and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals is not obliged to choose the winner of the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.

2) The participant must attach a commercial offer and an analysis card of the offered grain.
