1. This competitive procedure for selecting a Supplier is a request for commercial proposals, is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The offer must be uploaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
3. The participant must submit an offer indicating the commercial conditions (price per piece incl. VAT, payment procedure, delivery time), the production and storage capacity of the plant according to these types of goods and materials, a full package of documents (see the constituent documents for a legal entity).
4. Incomplete KP are not accepted for the tender.
5. An organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with payment terms, availability/absence of advance payment, delivery time, accreditation in the security service).
7. The contract will be concluded with another legal entity.
