Payment terms:
The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% within 60 days after receipt of the products at the Buyer's warehouse. Transport costs are included in the price of the Products.
Preference is given to Suppliers offering - 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products to the destination station within 60 days. In case an advance payment is to be made, the Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for the amount not less than that of the advance payment, issued by a bank included in the top fifty largest Russian banks or international banks with a rating of at least BB + / Baa2
