Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:Priority delivery to shopping center on applications, it is possible to consider deliveries through the RC. Delivery by the supplier to the address of the buyer (in batches on requests). All addresses are attached to a separate file.

Comments:
1) You can repeatedly submit your suggestions down until the end of the request for proposals.
A prerequisite is the provision of samples, certificates and other permissive documentation.
2) Participation of only manufacturers, or official dealers. Be sure to attach a document confirming the official dealer or manufacturer.
3) BE SURE TO PROVIDE THE FILLED COMMERCIAL OFFER (in the format of excel), according to the attached application form for participants approved by Zelgros LLC.
4) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the supplier.
5) This procedure is not a notification of the competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
6) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, then he agrees in case of declaring it the winner to conclude a delivery contract within a 5-day (five-day) period according to the standard form of LLC "Zelgros" without protocol of disagreement and to carry out delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
7) Be sure to provide: FULL TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFERED TMC + PHOTO+ Free provision of equipment for rent, in accordance with the supplied funds.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
