This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing liability.
The priority of choosing the winner will be given to the Bidder with deferred payment.
