Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% postpayment within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the original acts on the provision of Services.
Delivery terms:Proceed to the provision of Services within 10 (ten) business days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The term for the provision of the Services is no more than 7 (seven) business days from the moment the provision of services begins.
It is the evaluation criterion of the Participants in the procurement procedure.
