1. Requirements for participants in the procurement procedure:
1. Experience in the market in the field of cleaning / outstaffing / outsourcing at least 1 year. Positive experience of working with network clients in the field of grocery retail is encouraged.
2. The presence of staff in the state of at least 40 people.
3. No unfulfilled obligations to third parties.
4. Absence of initiated criminal cases and unreleased convictions against leaders.
5. The Company has no tax claims, no litigation with clients regarding non-performance of work in full, performance of low-quality work, violation of contractual obligations on the part of the participant.

Each participant must attach the following documents to their application:
• Appendix No. 3 - Form of the participant's questionnaire in Excel format.
• Appendix # 4 - Counterparty card in Excel format.
• Appendix No. 10 - Commercial proposal form in Excel format
• To confirm work experience of more than 1 year, attach an agreement for similar services, signed by both parties and dated more than 1 year ago, where your company is a contractor.
• To confirm the company's revenue for the previous period, more than 25 million rubles. attach the balance sheet forms 1 and 2 with a mark of acceptance by the FTS or a tax return with a mark of acceptance by the FTS.
• To confirm the presence of staff in the state of at least 40 people, attach Form 6-NDFL with a mark of acceptance by the Federal Tax Service (Number of individuals who received income), calculation of insurance premiums with a mark of acceptance by the Federal Tax Service (number of insured persons) or a valid personnel lease agreement
