Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Уважаемые поставщики, обращаем Ваше внимание, что Вы можете неоднократно улучшать свои предложения до момента окончания подачи заявок .

Обязательно! Направить в процессе торгов в формате Excel анкету участника (Приложение №3), и карточку контрагента (Приложение №4), загрузив документы на ЭТП.

Данная процедура является запросом предложений, не является аукционом или конкурсом, не подпадает под запрет ст. 447-449 ГК РФ и не влечет за собой возникновение юр. обязательств у заказчика по выбору поставщика.
