Auto-extension

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of confidence to make sure of the Supplier's good faith, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's self-delivery of materials, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of the persons involved for delivery, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
